Physical Therapy
Paley includes 60 physical therapy sessions as part of the stature-lengthening program. HeightRx includes only 36 outpatient PT sessions, compared to the 60 at Paley. Patients should confirm how those 36 sessions are scheduled across the lengthening phase and what additional therapy costs if more sessions are needed.

- What does additional PT cost if I need more than the included sessions?
Surgeon Coverage
The Paley Stature Center features a collaborative surgeon team led by Dr. Paley and Dr. Robbins, ensuring consistent coverage throughout the lengthening process. In contrast, HeightRx is led by Dr. Assayag. Dr. Conway also offers stature surgery at ICLL, but they work independently rather than as a shared stature team.

EOS Imaging
Both Paley Stature Center and ICLL offer EOS: a low-radiation, biplanar imaging system that captures full-body alignment from the front and side. This is a shared strength at both centers.
Technology
Both Paley and HeightRx use PRECICE Max. Dr. Paley helped develop the PRECICE system across multiple generations, which informs Paley’s experience with the device and its recovery protocols.
Published Results
