Physical Therapy
Paley Stature Center includes 60 physical therapy sessions as part of the stature-lengthening program. Live Life Taller includes only 36-50 sessions, depending on the device and package. Patients should confirm the exact session count and what additional therapy costs if more sessions are needed.

Surgeon Coverage
Paley Stature Center features a collaborative surgeon team led by Dr. Paley and Dr. Robbins. Live Life Taller has Dr. Buldu as its lead surgeon and does not list a multi-surgeon stature team or named backup-surgeon coverage.
Patients should ask:
- Who reviews my X-rays or adjusts my distraction rate during lengthening when my surgeon is away?
- Who covers my care if Dr. Buldu is unavailable?

EOS Imaging
Paley Stature Center includes EOS imaging as part of the consultation. Live Life Taller does not offer an EOS system. Ask how full-length standing alignment and limb proportions are measured before surgery and followed during recovery.
Technology
Paley Stature Center uses PRECICE Max, the current-generation magnetic lengthening nail. Live Life Taller offers FITBONE and LON, not PRECICE 2.2 or PRECICE Max. LON combines an internal rod with an external frame and requires pin-site care during treatment and can lead to greater scarring.
Published Results
Paley Stature Center has published peer-reviewed research on stature lengthening using internal magnetic nails. It has also made more recent results available through a Patient Fact Sheet. Live Life Taller shares patient stories and reviews, but does not publish a clinic-specific safety report with complication, revision, nonunion, or functional-outcome data for its stature patients.
